Spring Food for Spring Body

Ingredients (salad):
Repair Rejuvenate & Replenish

1 bunch of fresh organic Romaine lettuce
1 piece of salmon seasoned and cooked to taste       (chopped/shredded)
1/4 to 1/2 chopped bell pepper
1/4 diced crisp apple, e.g cubed
1/4 cup of blanched snow peas w/shell (chopped)

Ingredients ( Guacamole):

1/4 chopped red onion
1/4 chopped bell papper
1 small/med Avocado 
1 pinch of sea/Himalayan salt to taste
1/4 - 1/2 Lemon/lime juice to taste
1 pinch of Cayenne & smoked
 paprika or jalapeno peppers to taste
