The Not Yet Winter Bluzzz :(

Zuri's Comfort Food for Soul,
Cold already got you down, No Worries...

Here is a simple receipt easy as 123...
4 to 6 pieces of crisp Boston Lettuce
2 to 5 egg whites (yolk or no yolk to taste)
combined w/finely chopped seasonal veggies to taste e.g. broccoli, onions, peppers, mushroom etc.  Note: can partially saute veggies to taste before adding eggs... and scramble...
1 Almond croissant, 1 Pretzel roll Sliced to taste.
1 whole or half avocado diced small chunks, peppers, onions, tomato, jalapeno pepper (to taste) diced small chuncks, lime/lemon juice, salt to taste. (mix)  Serve room temp or chilled...
Note: Can use Himalayan salt, Kosher salt or Sea salt for best results... In both the scramble & guacamole...

Makes a great breakfast, brunch or snack...
